From big plays to bigger smiles, this season has been full of effort, joy, and unstoppable energy. Let’s finish strong, Red Stars!

Wow — what a season it’s been already!

We’ve seen amazing passes, epic hustle, monster rebounds, and even a few accidental “bumps” (hey, we still count it as athleticism ). But most of all, we’ve seen big effort from every single player — from first-timers to future MVPs.

Huge shoutout to all the young ballers who show up, play hard, and have fun — and to the parents and coaches who bring the “drive” the motivation, patience and somehow survive playing “30 fast breaks in 60 seconds”.

Also… respect to every grown-up brave enough to scrimmage with our players. You now know what it feels like to get crossed up by a 10-year-old (even 15) with confidence and fresh kicks.

But guess what? We’re not done yet!
Let’s roll strong into the rest of the season -FINAL 3 weeks  — more games, more smiles, more teamwork, and probably more players dribbling while tying their shoes.

Due to problems with “trade wars” “supply management”
delivery of our uniforms have been delayed

as of last Thursday, We have reordered new uniforms
from another supplier
and hopefully they will be available in next 2-3 weeks

As soon as we get them, they will be distributed to players

UNTIL TODAY, DUE TO RECENT STRIKE of support staff at Calgary Board of Education (CBE) and Calgary Catholic School Districts (CCSD) schools, we were not able to confirm any details regarding the START of our SPRING BASKETBALL PROGRAM…

HOWEVER, THE LATEST information from City of Calgary (and today’s phone confirmation with the school), it seems, that they have reached a tentative agreement. Public rentals of CBE & CCSD school spaces will resume effective April 1, 2025.
SO, WE ARE GOOD TO GO …

Our AMAZING players / parents will have opportunity to showcase their knowledge
and impress fans/supporters

GAME TIME: 6:30-8:30 PM for ALL PLAYERS
